yea there are other things you can hear like people in the crowd yelling, even down to player chatter on the court. Using surround sound instead of the TV speakers is like having a HD TV instead of those old TVs. The audio is just alot clearer.

Haven't played a game in Detroit yet. Does the announcer say "DEEEE-troit Basket-ball!'' and do you a Big Ben chime on those rare occasions that Ben Wallace scores a bucket?

Yes he does..Detroit's stadium will get you hyped if you play there to either shut them up or if you're playing for them...to give it your all
