How do I make a custom roster load automatically at startup?

I only have one custom roster on my hard drive and memory unit, but every time I start the game, it loads what I assume are the official 2K rosters.

Can I tell the game to load my custom roster automatically? If so, how?

    Thanks.

I would like to know this as well. I turned living rosters off, autosave off, but it still automatically loads the default roster and not my roster. It's no big deal, but it's a tad time consuming to load my roster.

I don't think you can. Tried everything I could think of an nothing works. Which I believe has something to do with the DLC loading default rosters. I could be wrong though.

The last used Custom roster did load by default until Patch 1.03 was released.

I don't know what they changed in the code base, but this complaint has been raised many times since that patch and hopefully they revert back to the way it worked on release date.

I don't know what platform you guys are asking for, but for the PC just make it the only roster file in the Saves folder. That forces the game to load it, but for consoles idk... (assuming it's not for PC, but for those wondering for that system...)

Wait guys every year alot of people ask this question. And I usually find out towards the end of 2k life cycle. I think if you go to options you can turn off the 2k roster update. And it will load the last 2k roster you saved.
