My game keeps freezing

This game keeps freezing at all different times. I can always tell when it's going to because the music will stop playing. Any fix for this?

even after ersing files and reinstall the patch
any help how can we solve this problems?

Yeah, mine did that too...I went to quick game and it froze. I can't even exit out of it with my controller. This is beyond frustrating.

I had this problem also. I tried every remedy even reformatted my PS3 to factory default. Didn't fix the issue. Left me wondering what could be causing all the freezes. Turns out it was my game disk. How do I know? I went and rented another copy from Redbox(cost about $2) and have not had any issues of any kind with game when playing the rented disk. I know it sounds crazy and your game disk probably looks perfect just like mine does, but you can't argue with results. If you can(notice the if) rent or borrow or whatever another copy of the game and try it out it may fix your issues. Not making any guarantee's but it worked for me so it may work you guys as well.

This a legendary 2K problem that they just don't seem able or desire to fix. First make sure auto save is off. It has a tendency to turn itself back on for some reason. Second don't play from a shared roster file. Save that file as your own and then load it for exhibition or association. Hope that helps.

Mine didn't happen till I downloaded the patch. Guess we'll wait till the new patch and see if that helps. Quite frustrating, I've emailed 2k tech support and never got anything back either.

yea i tried to sign up at the 2k forums but i get an error when i submit the form... my problems started after the ps3 patch and the new 2k patch also.....

Im also having this problem now. My game just started freezing today. It first started while trying to play my online assoc. game. At the end of the first quarter the game froze and I had to turn of the game. Now it will freeze at the intro video, or any other time I try and go to a menu option and it loads.

raneman im going to try your suggestions and see if that fixes it.
