wait wait wait. i got this game in february and i'm still getting the hot spot glitch.. anybody know why?

Been away from this game for a couple of months. Have any of the Association glitches been patched, specifically the messed up team records glitch (where the only real solution was playing every single game yourself)? Was the primary reason I stopped playing this game completely.
