Don't put too much into ratings. As long as he plays like himself (do we actually know HOW he plays, haha) then OVR ratings shouldn't matter. Big men are always rated lower because of their lack of physical ratings.

I think Valanciunas, Motiejiunas, and Mirotic are staying overseas, so they won't be added. And Biyombo is practicing, but still dealing with his contract issue. So, we can expect 5 more 1st-round rookies to be added. Biyombo would make 6.

I have read that the Raptors are trying to buyout Valanciunas' contract so he could play this year, so we could see him added later.
