Names display below player instead of gamertag????

What is up with this!! how can i get players names to show below the player instead of my PSN name?

Is there any way to make this happen for online play with latest patch 1.4?

does nobody know how to get names online or does no one care that there gamertag is displayed under player during online matches?

im on PS3 and when i play an online match it shows by PSN name uder the player and not the actual players name. Ive looked in setting and not sure how to do it.

It seems this is the case for everyone else except you??

No sir, i don't have a PS3, i have an XBOX 360. When i go online on xbox, it shows the players name, so it's obviously a ps3 problem

As to how to fix it, i have no clue..
