My player frame rate after 1.04?

Okay, seriously. After Patch 1.04 am I the only one STILL getting frame rate slow down in my player? I don't see it much in association now, but still very prominent in my player. I have experienced this ever since the game came out. I can not play it, because the slowdown just KILLS the experience for me.

is anyone else still having this problem after the patch? If anyone else is still having this issue please let me know. maybe if it's a big enough deal, some of the OS'er of Czar can get get 2k to notice. Maybe I am the only one, but this has got to go..it's horrible. anyone else?

Yea im still experiencing some frame rate issues as well. It doesn't happen often but when it does it usually doesn't stop until I restart my game.

Did you load the game on your hard drive or are you running from the CD. I loaded my game and I have very little frame rate problems. I have never had a crash. Try it out.

I still suffer from terrible framerate issues in offline association on the PS3. Is that still common among the community. I can't play it with the framerate because it affects the timing of my shots too much. I really want to get into it...
