I need advice on myplayer

I am a starting rookie SG on the Utah Jazz. Drafted 12th (i think). whenever i play myplayer my teammates are terrible. (i know typical complaint about myplayer) but when i sim games my teams wins a decent amount. The starting lineup on the team consist of George Hill, me, Danny Granger, Derrick Favors, and Greg Oden. Marcus Thorton and Richard Hamilton are our main reserves. It seems as if my teammates don't know how to create their own shots. I personally have no problem creating my own shot. i lead the team in scoring with 18ppg, while shooting 43%.

I play on HOF, i avoid superstar because i feel it makes my teammates play dumb.

I use Auto-play calling system, should i take that off.

I do think part of my failures in myplayer does have to do with me not trusting my teammates much.

My sliders for myplayer are set on sim.
