    How to handle Association weekly practice?


    What are good strategies for setting up weekly practice in Association mode (NBA 2k11)?

    My team is weak in rebounding so I'd like to use it as a light boost but I didn't realize it was only a temporary boost until recently. How do you balance the increase in stats and fatigue?

    Also, how is fatigue calculated and how long does it take a really fatigued player to become very rested? For example, does it just take one day off or does it require a few days?

    schedule dfeense and rebounding 2 days before gametime.
    and nothing more than free throws or shoot aroundds 1 day before game time.
    make sure all work outs are light.
    I believe defense and rebounds on light has a day 2 effect on fatigue and boost.
    If you have 3-4 games in a week Id skip the practices on the off days.
