How about moving Memphis to the East for Toronto. Then take the West spot Memphis left for the Sonics.

I would have called them the PseudoSonics, but I would use the T-Wolves or another team with a young core.

If you have the time, you could recreate them and replace the Thunder. Even recreate the old players or maybe just do a fantasy draft.

The Seattle SuperSonics died(or really got killed by the league) and were "resurrected" in OKC therefore the 'ZombieSonics'.

Unlock the old Sonics in the greats mode and trade out the rosters. Swap Seattle for OKC and move them to the Northwest. Finally, take out your rage on OKC by firing the coach and trading away the entire team to the eastern conference. Do this while listening to Nirvana, Pearl Jam, or Soundgarden at full volume.

You have a very simple option. Unlock the '96 (I think) Sonics by beating them in Jordan or Pippen's Legend game (I forget whose it is). Once you do that, when you go to start a new association, set League Customization to "on" and swap the Thunder for the '96 Sonics. Done and done.

If you don't want to inject Gary Payton, Shawn Kemp, etc into your association, you could manually edit the roster I think to include the Thunder players.

^ I'd say that'd be your best option. If you wanna give someone new a try, since you hate the Blazers and Lakers why not run with either the Clippers or the Kings. With the Clips they are a young team on the verge of winning the big one and if you want to rebuild go with the Kings. They are a young team with a few good pieces and some guys with trade value. You could try and get Jimmer a rookie of the year.

If you're gonna do the 96 Sonics at least leave Durant and Westbrook cause the Sonics drafted them. As a Detroit Pistons fan i feel sad for the Sonics. Boy where they good... Ray Allen, Rashard Lewis, Luke Ridnour and they were all in their prime

Yea we got robbed that is for sure. We will get a team back again, though, and I can't wait for that first OKC game here vs our Sonics I will be in the building!

Anyhow, the first thing I did when I got the game was unlock the 96 Supes, I had no idea it was that easy to pop them into association mode that's what I'll be doing!

Clippers would be a lot of fun.

In the East, teams I would recommend are Chicago (D-Rose is a blast to use), New York and Indiana.

If it were me, I would put the current Thunder roster on the Supersonics and import them into an association. I would basically be pretending that the move never happened (hell, even as a Celtics fan I try to forget that the move happened... depressing stuff) and that the current team just was the Sonics attempt to build around Westbrook and Durant.

Better than taking the Sonics back from OKC, I'd take New Orleans or Sacremento's players (they are close to relocating in real life) and put them on the Sonics, and replace the Hornets/Kings. Build an awesome team and beat the hell out of the Thunder
