Does this mean if i run a 1 team assoc. and any unrealistic trades happen i can undo or reject them? not sure exactly how this works thanks.

Not necessarily. It only applies to when you're trying to make a trade and the AI team doesn't accept it. It will give you an option if you want to force the team to take the trade.
But, you can use it to redo bad deals in the league but its tedious. You have to trade one or more of your guys to one of the teams for the player(s) involved in the original deal. Then trade that one or more player back to their original team for the other players involved in the original deal and then of course trade them back to their team for your player(s). Of course, there is all the salary rules you have to work around and then you have to set your rotations/minutes back up again afterwards. -

Or just resign your position, become GM for the "bad trade" team, and then force the trade back...then resign with your original team. Much easier.

yes you can re-do bad trades.. since you can control 3 teams in the trade leave the first spot blank, and use the 2nd and 3rd space for the teams that made the trade and fix them. like when the clippers trade away 2 picks and caron butler for 2 more point guards.. it just seems sillyComment
