Hold the call for pick button and release it.The defender will do a pick and roll.If you press it again before the pick is set,then they will roll without setting a hard pick.Hold down the call for pick to get a pick and pop.Oops I didn't check the link first.

Press L1 then let the defender go to the pick then let your teammate go near the rim pass him that or alley oop to him.

They never even work in this game. But it's holding LB in order to receive the pick I believe.
