I am playing association with the grizzlies and my team has a combination of today's players and some legends. I am in my second season and Artis Gilmore has just disappeared. He is not on my roster nor on anyone else's team or free agents or d-league. Has anyone else had this happen?

He may just retire. Happen a lot for player with old age. Cant remember how old he is in the legend team. This is a problem when u use legends, some of them are old and u cant edit their ages so they may retire in one or a few seasons. -

Artis disappeared after the all star game in season 2.....he was only 31. I made an association and restructured everyone's contract and age. I spent a boatload of time making this roster that is AWESOME and now players disappear....wtf.....I am gonna go give myself a swirlie.Nashville Predators season - 18-9-3Comment

Actually, i think player may retire by declaring early and he will still play untip the end of the season or player may retire immediately after his declaration. I saw some 30 years old retire too.Comment

Had a similar thing with Danny Green. He was a FA and I had my eye on him during the playoffs to sign him sometime in the next season. But he's gone. He's not on the FA list. He's not on any teams. The player finder won't find him. He had a pretty good rating too. I thought I heard about a players disappearing issue, but whatever the case it appears to be true. A perfectly competent SF is gone forever. Amazing.Comment
