Can't call quick plays

I cannot call plays at all. I hit LB and nothing ever happens except calling for a pick. I have playcalling set to manual. What gives? Tried switching buttons up (PC version using 360 controller) and that didn't help. It's not that button as it works fine when I switch say icon passing to it, just can't call any plays.

Might have to be point guard? Are you controlling another position?
Usually then i can press lb and get the icons above players, select them and get their play lists.

Also try using the dpad, the way i said above is for individual players plays.
Try , ithink its right on dpad for quick plays

This could end up being a simple fix. A few of my friends had this problem, instead of just tapping LB they held it down. If you hold it down it'll call for a pick. You've got to tap it.
