NBA 2K13 Brings Back Damon Bruce For the 3rd Straight Year as Halftime Host

San Francisco's NBR 1050 sports talk radio host Damon Bruce has confirmed via Twitter, he'll be returning for a third consecutive year as the halftime host for NBA 2K13, which arrives in stores on October 2nd.

In Novato today to record for @2KSports sports NBA 2K13. This game is going to be amazing.

I don't have a problem with him, I think he does a good job. I just want to see highlights from other games like nfl 2k5 did. It would be great for association, season and nba today.

Maybe they will expand his role this season? Possibly have him break in with some studio updates or maybe a weekly wrap up show?

Either way I enjoy him at halftime.

Good to hear hes been good the last two years. Hope they expand on his role this year. They did add the around the league bit into the Halftime Report last year would be nice for 2K to add something else to the Halftime Report.

How he knows the game is going to be "amazing" when he never saw it? 2K PR gimmicks, very cute When the real stuff is going to be announced, like gameplay, online and other more important stuff? I think Ronnie 2K and the PR team are doing poor job in building the hype for the game.

He's good... I actually like listening to the half-time show. Only thing that bothers me about it this year (2k12) is 2k didn't include any lines about the myplayer for him, which isn't his fault. Anyways... GOOD JOB keeping him.
