I haven't been a fan of much of the marketing/hype so far with 2k13, but I have to say I hope Ronnie keeps dropping random ratings unannounced. I like the easter egg approach a lot better than "biggest surprise of your life" approach.
With that said, 75 sounds fair. -

It's funny, all these ratings are being released in Madden this week, and I'm pretty blasé, "ratings, cool, cool". One overall gets released for NBA 2K13, and my heart rate jumps up 10 beats a minute, "oooh, ratings", Lmao.Jordan Mychal Lemos

I expect it to go down during the season. His shooting ratings or athleticism ratings are probably overrated. What crazy is this is only the 5th highest rated rookie... or most "effective".
