New to MyCAREER - Ronnie2K's MyPLAYER was drafted to the Phoenix Suns in NBA 2K13's MyCAREER mode. He was disappointed that he wasn't drafted #1 overall which is possible for the first time ever in NBA 2K13. Though, his choice in suits makes it obvious that no one has better style than him!

Not excited about the return of the fictitious Rookie Showcase.

One thing that could give us hope is that high overall is rather high, so perhaps there is more to do and progress before the draft. I guess think of the rookie showcase as like the college allstar game/skills challenges.

13th pick with an 78 overall?

I hope this means we cannot get draft too, last year no matter how bad we play always get drafted. I want go to d-league and sign with lakers

I'd like d league play back as well. Don't understand why they skipped that in 2k12. It makes it much more fun if you know you have to play good all the time to get to/stay in the NBA

In an odd way I think it was too hard to get into the D League, just because the game is built for you to become a super, mega star almost as soon as you get into the league. You literally have to intentionally suck to even be considered there lol

Thruth be told though, the D League would lengthen the My Career/MyPlayer mode, and have it be set up as a true success story (ala J Lin)
