-Brian Scalabrine (PLEASE KEEP HIS CYBER!!!!)

-Justin Bieber (hopefully I can hex his cyber and get 99 OVERALL and when I play Online Blacktop it's like a certain amount to earn the VC online like probably 74)

I just want Offline to be hackable and Online Blacktop were everyone has to have an equal starting field regardless of your hard work or hacking. I'm all in for that system. Plus if you did get your My Player to 99 the legit way, how hard can it be to get 99 in blacktop?
