UPDATE 9/26
As you know, all of my videos were taken down with a CC claim by Take two. Steve was kind enough to upload the final ratings video however, which you can view in this thread:
I truly feel like the Demo is NOT the final build of the game. Obviously, the lack of LB/L1 control and D-pad etc. is not what I am referring too. It feels like the final game is MUCH more crisp and the movement is not as jerky as the demo feels to me. I haven't noticed a ton of differences, but the movement and overall feel to the gameplay surely leads me to this conclusion.

Went back for day 2, and got what everybody wanted, FULL RATINGS! Among other vids.
- Association Mode Is EXACTLY THE SAME
- Still didn't add goggles or a mask as Accessories. REALLY ANNOYING if someone starts wearing goggles throughout the year.
- Street Mode has returned, but players DO NOT wear street clothes, they wear their jerseys
- 3 on 3 is HALF COURT, at what looks to be an NYC rooftop. More than likely means the 3 on 3 online will be as well
- Shoe Creator is very detailed, but still seems somewhat underwhelming.

I will get straight to the points:
- Only new Legend team is 00-01' 76ers
- Alexy Shved is not on the T'Wolves
- They still haven't fixed something minor that's bugged me for years. If you get an And 1, the PA announcer just says Foul..... Not the name of the player who scored, then addressed the foul
- On ball steals are FINALLY here
- There is a new HUD in the top left that will show you the Skills of the player you are currently controlling.
- Still a TON of players with generic Shoes
- No Home/Away separate accessories
- A lot of faces have been neglected, but a lot of changes as well
- Alley oop is now pulled off with a combination of shoot and pass at the same time (this is self alley off glass as well)
- Gameplay feels EXTREMELY crisp and tight. Very similar to 2K11
- Love the new stick dribbling (you can choose to go back to old controls as well)
- A lot of work has been done with the defense
- Holding turbo on a fastbreak all alone with Iverson resulted in a VERY unrealistic Gorilla 2 hand slam. Will not hold turbo for realism
- Shoot button now has a multitude of advanced animations, very nice on the dribble and cutting to the basket
- Still 'Leap Frog' steal animation from behind
- Substitution method is back to normal
- The 'choose the inbounder' is still broken, still chooses the SF no matter what (Needs to be fixed)
- Menu looks very cool
- Legit halftime show, and nice pre-game intro
- Player gear is still VERY neglected. Lebron wearing LeBron 8's!! and no high socks!!
- As an online only player, the player gear must be paid attention to this year, it is extremely frustrating when the face of the league isn't correct.
- Feel free to ask any questions, I took a look at a lot of faces and remember most.
