Before this topic gets a little deep...those who use screen grabbers to record the HD videos straight off the Xbox and upload them, what programs and/or devices do you recommend?

If I need to edit what I record, I throw the raw video through Freemake Video Converter to xvid 2500kbps
Then I do editing in VideoPad (its free, everything must be free dammit) export to x246 at 2500kbps
For GIFs I crop in VideoPad and save at the low YT wide preset resolution.
Load in GIMP (Free!) with some plugin. Crop, save, upload

Most people use a Happauge HDPVR and a video editing program...I'm using Sony Vegas 11
