Only One MyPlayer?

MyPlayer Mode is one of my favourite modes. My brother and I both play the game like crazy, and he created his MyPlayer while I was at school. I went to create my own and there is no option to do so, only to continue with his player. Please tell me I'm missing something.

You're missing something. From the main screen bring up the menu, go to mycareer, then new.

It goes straight to The Creation screen but I can't edit the name or appearance.

I know that. I'm saying when I go to MyCareer --> New it goes to the correct screen but I can't make my own player it stays on the player that was previously created. I can only edit attire, stats, etc, not name or face.

Go to My Player, hit edit, and then go to Choose New My Player. Hopefully that'll work!

It allows me to edit his features, but I literally want to create a different my player. I want two different saves. It would be pretty outrageous considering you could have two different last year.

Have you tried signing in with a different gamertag? If you're on xbox...just a thought.

The MyPlayer is now basically linked to your "account"...maybe theres a, way to have a second account. Might be something to take over to the 2k forums and ask, or email them.

Im also wondering how the new VC system works with multiple MyCareers. Any one with the game have any insight?

Just create a new gamertag and play on that one. Only downside is that you won't be able to take it online unless you have a PS3 or pay for another gold membership.

I was fearing this once I saw some of the MC creations. Luckily, I dont care about playing online or purchasing VC off of 2k.

I definitely dont want all of my MPs(3) having the same face and name. I already had an extra xbox account, but I might have to create a new one.

I dont see why they would lock it to your 2k account.

is there a way to delete it outright? that might work for me. i had saved tons of myplayers in 2k12 but tbh, i never went back to them since most of the fun was in creating a new guy anyway.

Yeesh. If each gamertag can only be afforded one My Player, that's not very cool at all.
