Coach mode for 2k13

Just wondering if it's improved or the same or worse?I haven't purchased it yet and coach mode will be the determining factor

Basically, it's the same.

It kicks butt!! Only mode I play, and am grateful it's in the game.

Unfortunately it’s the same as last year and I don’t like it. You can still only call quick plays.

How can you have a coach mode and not have the ability to call any play in your playbook?

I know us coach mode players are far and few but we really need to see if the developers are gonna think of us in their next patch to map a button for coach mode/player lock folks to bring up the playcalling screen and select a play by player. This just choosing quick plays is a very unrealistic way of coaching.

Am I missing something?!? What "Coach Mode" are you playing? There's no "Coach Mode" or did they take it out last year and gave fans something I'm unaware of? I didn't buy the game last year, but I have NBA 2K11 and there is a "Coach Mode" in the game. It even reminds you on the screen.

I think you guys are playing a joke on the thread starter and people who are looking for this "MODE".

@Dice I like it better when you can call more then just quick plays as well.I liked last year but it was hard to get a realistic set for coach mode.I like Youknowslready's the best.I just want a good set were i dont always lose in the end.

I guess to each it's own. I just can't play coach mode where I can't call the plays that are available. That's like me actually playing the game and I can't determine when I can shoot the ball.

No, still not seeing it. You must have the 360 or PC version because the absent of evidence is absent. I don't see it.

I have the PS3 version. I'm not sure why you don't see it. When you start the game, pause it and go into *I think* Options-->Coaches Settings-->and the very top option is Coach Mode On or Off.

Hey buddy i figured it out its funny i was having trouble with it to. So what you do is you gotta be the user on one side of the team. not as cpu thats why it wasnt working. then you go to coach settings and there will be the coach mode on or off option
