How can I get 2k13 on my Vita if I have no PS3?

I thought I'd just download the PSP version from the Playstation store....but the game isn't there. Only 12 and 11.

I own the 12 version for the PSP....not the download thou but the disk deal.

Is there someway I can upload the game into my PSP then save it on my computer and copy it to my Vita? Or should I just wasted the money on the 12 download? DAMN!!!!

I just want a basketball game to get me thru the winter.
