I was trying to get scrapper sig skill yesterday and must have bought 10+ bronze packs and DID NOT SEE A SINGLE BRONZE SIG SKILL. In fact, most of the items I got were silver sig skills. What the crap? I remember with the gold packs I bought I couldn't stop getting bronze sig skills
