2K13 won't start up on my PS3?

So, I have been playing for a few days now without turning off my machine. Granted it was online when I played, but since my internet went out i turned off the machine. Now, when I try to boot the game up the screen will go black and the PS3 freezes yet my other games work.

Anyone have this problem? And yes, I deleted the patches, still nothing.

im having the same problem.. i waited n realized that its starting up.. just going really slow.. like in slow mo... *lag*... i havent figured out a solution yet... have you?

How old is your PS3? How many GB are on it?

Yeah, I had the same problem. Like the guy above me said, just wait it out, it took me a few minutes for it to get started.

Only happened to me once though, after that it's been fine. Just wait it out is all you can do.

Had the same problem as my provider decidet to "repair" our fiber opitcs.

Just plug the LAN-Cable out and try again. Worked for me. Otherwise just go and make you a coffe. It actually doesn't freeze but goes in slow motion because 2k thought everyone has 24/7 connection :O

about a year and a half... and 160 i believe.... ive been trying to wait it out.. but it doesnt go away.. it takes me 20 minutes to get thru the menu... ima try and start a game n see if the gameplay is laggy like this...

#5 so your saying its my internet connection? cause my connection did get turned off and not back on since the last time i played smoothly.. so this could be the problem..

Yep. It's definitely your connection. Once my provider finished his work with the fiber optics it just worked like it should and did like all the other days before.

lol thank you... i even took back the game to bestbuy and got a new one... thinkin the cd was ****ed up lol... low and behold its my internet connection...

Yeah When my ps3 freezed i metaphorically got a heart attack. Was really glad when it worked later the day with internet :O

i noticed that 2k wouldnt start up when i tried to play without being connected to the internet. and that is lame.

Yeah. It is but that's how the Anti-Exploit-VC-Cheatsystem works. Unfortunate bot non negotiable, I suppose.
