NBA 2K13, just a facelift?

Even with new sliders, and things like the bounce pass being added in, this game, by and large, looks very, very similar to last year's NBA 2K12. It's the same old stuff with the CPU pg bringing the ball up the court and just standing there dribbling around the top of the key. Even if you set the "run plays" slider to 0 the cpu isn't really do much in the way of setting up plays. My opinion is that 2K13 isn't worth the $60 price tag. I should have waited until the local Gamestop started receiving returns on the game.
