    VC Return Policy?!

I was wondering if anyone knew that if you spent VC on a player for attributes and/or upgrades if you end (for whatever reason) and delete that career if you get your VC back...

    Good question actually.

Because it was possible to take back skill points in 2k11/12 and not use them or use them on a different attribute so they should go back to your account. I haven't tried it though, if you can take back VC from eg. "inside shot" and give it to "hustle'.

uhhhh it's not real money... so your smart response was anything but as it in no way relates and when you buy clothes or accessories you can use them on several careers so I wanted to know if you ended one career if you could use the points on things that don't carry over like the accessories.

When I had 20 000 skill points in 2K11/12 and I spent it on my attributes, I could easily regain them again.

Of course, I could only use them for that specific myplayer, but you were able to get them back.

So when I spend all my VC on "inside shot" and I want to change that, I can't? That's BS. I'll check it out right away.

I haven't found a way. At least there should be the buy back where you only get a certain amount back. I can't even make my plsyer worse if I wanted to smh

But is IS real money...to 2K. They have gone out of their way this year to make sure you buy as much VC with real money as possible, like overpricing everything, devaluing the prices of legends in MyTeam, and having autosave on all the time. If you can return unused VC, that makes it less likely that you will buy more with real money later.

It's stupid, plain and simple and I would say that to a developers face If I were to ever to get the chance. If I take my 5000 VC I spent on shot inside and then decide for whatever reason I want to spend it on dunk, 2k still got their money either way, and it isn't like I get the benefit of both attributes, only one. Its a case of opportunity cost for us, but for them it simply ANOTHER ploy to get you to buy more VC with real money.

Killarok said it perfectly...autosaving, overpricing items, making it so that you barely earn any VC, making legends like Allen Iverson worth 500 VC? LOOOOOL. Earning 10 points for winning a game in quick game/blacktop/association? Spending money on things that were previously free.

                  $$$$$$ Money.

Btw the chocolate bar example is awful. Once you eat a chocolate bar, its gone, that's it. Returning VC would be more like returning something electronic that you don't want at your local best buy and getting store credit to use on something else. Either way they get their money.

Right now it's almost pointless to spend any VC in My Player especially how broken/bugs you can recieved like coming off the bench forever, allstar game causing the season to skip etc.

For these reasons I invest all my VC in Myteam mode, You buy Lebrons for 20,000 you can sell him for 20,000 and when the season starts he might go up. MyTeam is a way to spend but keep your VC.

I won't invest into my player again until some patch comes out that get rid of the bugs that make it unplayable for me.
