I don't think their roles have anything to do with not winning.

Ok, maybe it's just unreasonable expectations for themselves cus I remember last year I had Gerald henderson as my sixth man as. 70 ovr or something and he was like -11 cus he was so mad

If you make them the Sixth Man but don't give them sixth man minutes they will get mad.

I Like to leave them on its a nice challenge, but their morales go up once you start winning games

            Off seems cool.
You can't really give a 66 overall player 29 minutes without them complaining.

Re: Player roles- on or off

I have them off for now. Too many stacked teams, not enough minutes go around to keep everyone happy. When ratings for some players (like the entire stacked Clippers bench) dip a bit in future roster updates, I'll turn them back on.

Re: Player roles- on or off

I leave them it just for the hell of it. I do, however, turnoff chemistry. I haven't used it the past few games in the series as it was not a very polished feature then. Now I've gotten used to it off.

I never have a "star". Starters for all 5 starters. One 6th man. And for the role player requirements, I just make sure I have some young players to put as prospects. Everyone else is a bench warmer so no problem with minutes.
