Will I need to restart bobcats association when new court comes out?

No. The courts are not attached to the Roster File.

Patches always get included into association, so no you don't have to start over.

If the courts were attached to the rosters, you would have to start the association over again because you'd need to download the latest roster update to get the courts.

However, this isn't the case, so you can continue your association and can expect to see the new courts patched in. No restart necessary.
