Sorry if there are threads with a similar topic issue to this one, but curiosity is getting the better of me. I own 6 PS3 games, 4 of them being NBA 2K titles, so my knowledge of other titles is not that vast. And, as we all know, patches were not able to involve already existing MyPlayers in each of the past 3 NBA 2K games. This year however, with VC being purchasable with real life money, and many people already having done so, there is speculation that a patch might be able to affect already existing MyCAREERs.
My question to everyone is, is this possible? Whether your area of expertise might be seeing something like this play out in other games, or maybe you work in gaming yourself, what is your take on this? I think if it's able to be done, they ought to have done so a long time ago, but this year it would seem to be especially pressing because of the whole VC thing.
