VC and Tmac Raptors, Yao and TMac Rockets, 03-04 Pistons, Kidd-Carter-Jefferson Nets (They were probably my favourite team to watch although highlights were all I could see of them unfortunately, in the UK we only have one channel showing bball and before I got ESPN, the channel that did have it usually just showed the Bulls or Pistons). Just bring us the best, most popular teams of the 00's.

Raptors team that had McGrady,Carter,Oakley,Muggsy,Christie and others(99-00)

I also wanna be the inaugural Raptors team(or at least have their jerseys in). The most underrated win in NBA history. They were one of only teams to beat the greatest team in NBA history(WITH MJ and others,all playing around 40 minutes)

No offense, but if we're mentioning teams such as 03 Lakers or TMac and Yao Rockets, we need to take out the term "classic" in front of teams.

I think the word "classic" has forever been merely a placeholder when discussing teams from the past we'd like to see in videogames. It's not always used in a literal sense, it just sounds a little better than "old teams".

I'd love the 93 Hawks with Mookie Blaylock & Stacey Augmon to be in the game.

Here's a thought. I love the 90's Knicks. Problem is there are several versions. The "XMan" Knicks, the 94 team, the Alan Houston / Starks team & the Sprewell team. You can't have every team in the game but what about this. Pick a definitive version of the team. Say the version that went to the finals. Then in addition , there's a pool of players so you can recreate whatever version you like. A pool of classic Knicks basically. You'd have Houston, Sprewell, Camby, Gerald Wilkins, etc... Sometimes the difference between teams is simply one player. Just have players available so you can customize as you like. You could have Run TMC warriors & Webber's team. You wouldn't need 6 Bulls teams anymore.

Haha true. I think we've had this discussion in another thread as well. Anyway, the '01 Pacers get my vote on recent teams and older teams, 93 Suns as we all want.

theres always one...

03 lakers got to the finals...which means they were very good
mac and yao were NEVER healthy together, if they were common knowledge is that they would have given the lakers a run for their money
