2k13 Lack of Hairstyles,and Tattoos...

Makes creating a player suck i mean they don't even have a simple fade,
tattoos are just awful. I wish creating a player had more depth to it.

I hope 2k will improve creating a player in future years. How do you guys feel about create a player.

accessories should've been upgraded and updated.

Can we get at least one hairstyle that is currently in the NBA or even the past 3 besides the bald head?

To be completely honest, I can understand the lack of voice options. It seems there's a lot of lines of dialogue and to duplicate them in their entirety with multiple voices seems a little rough.

Regarding the hairstyles though, I totally agree with you guys. There seems to be such an emphasis on creating our own person through MyPlayer and MyCareer and decking our own personal guy in new clothing and having him live the life. Yet, often we can't even get him off on the right foot because options like tattoos and hairstyles often look so superficial and fake.

Yeah, they don't have Harden's beard. When multiple players in the NBA have his beard style.

The also don't have goggles/eye protection wear, and they should give us an option for shorter basketball shorts. Yes, short-shorts.

Create-A-Player has been flawed for a long time. The tattoo designs aren't bad, I just hate the limitations of their placement and sizing. If we could move the tattoos around and perhaps combine a few to make more complex tattoos, it'd be a lot better.

As far as hairstyles go, 2K needs to let the hairstyles they use on their actual player models, selectable for CAPs. For example, Blake's curly fro, Steph Curry's fade or Austin Rivers fade, Iggy's nappy fro. If those were selectable, along with a few other options, such as taper fades or low fades, then the CAP system would be a lot better.

2K also needs to let us morph the bodies. Something along the lines of what THQ did with the WWE Series on PS2. We should be able to make players have longer/shorter arms or legs, increased hand sizes, broad or small shoulders, details like that, which have been available for quite some time.

I don't even with create a player, and probably won't get much use out of myplayer this year due to the customization flaws
No body types drives me crazy, before you could see the players arms and legs
change with the weight the uniform puffs up a bit but the arms and legs are still
rail thin no matter the weight

^it should be if they're going to continue to push a mode like My Player/MyCareer to the forefront over others.
The mode is all about a tailoring your experience
