Anyone notice the 5 second inbound rule doesn't exist in this game?

You must have turned it off somehow or if you are referring to when the game may pause for a second while the ref holds the ball. Usually if somebody is messing with the subs it may take like 20 seconds. The inbound rule is there though.Comment
