      Well, to be fair, after the big 2K12 patch came out, making threes became darn near impossible. At least, that's the consensus here.

      2K13 restored it to a reasonable level.

        Wow just had a close game vs the Clippers thank god Jefferson got hot and started dropping 3's like nothing it's fun to have it in the game when your team is down and you pull out the win

          "On Fire" to me reminds me of NBA Jam ( Old school ) and I throw up a shot the second I see the guy whose on fire is open lol.

              Ha I used to love that game! and yeah I loved getting a guy on fire, I'd just shoot from anywhere. I used to just jack up half court shots.

                Which is why the fire symbol messes people up I believe .

                  This happens in real life. Actual NBA players can't resist the heat check chuck either. I don't really pay attention to the On Fire indicator now other than as a sign of how I've been doing and whether I should expect more of the same. It's not NBA Jam. Hah.

                    Very true. This reminds me of Tayshaun Princes heat check on his 5th three in a row which was absolutely ridiculous.
