Disconnected from Xbox Live during a game???

Okay so this is very frustrating. I would be playing a 5 min quarter OA game and during the 4th quarter I get a "you have been disconnected from Xbox live" error!! Like WTF this happened like 8 times already all in the time spam of 2 months. I just reconnect again in seconds so I know it's not my connection. It will kick me out of my game too so reconnecting won't do anything. Can anyone please help me?! Thanks in advance!

This has happened to me as well. In fact I was playing a my career game and it happened twice in the same game. Thankfully I was still able to earn my VC but I feel bad for you since you play online association. I thought it was my connection at first but now I'm not so sure. I don't have a solution though.

Whoo, Ok I thought it was just me, Ive had I believe 2 or 3 in the last couple of days even while at the dashboard.

There's a good chance someone has IP boooted you. This happens to me occasionally on Virgin Gaming. People boot you to get an easy free win. No real way to stop it.

Well I have found out its not only me so it's not my connection..also this is happening while playing a CPU so I don't think I've been IP booted...

This just happened to me on MyTeam about an hour ago. I had the lead in the 4th and all of a sudden it disconnects, when there was so sign of lag earlier in the game, and I get a loss.

It is 2k's servers. Something has changed in the passed week or two and the servers are now disconnecting frequently. Trust me, this has happened to just about everyone in our lg recently when we were all able to play fine since October.

I play on the PS3, but i just played someone in quick ranked with a record of 60-5. I figured he was really good and i was in for a challenge. I was up by ten in the fourth then all of a sudden it disconnects me from the game, luckily i got the win but that was pretty weird.
