Willing to pay for a custom hex edited roster

I want a hex edited roster to my liking but I want the newest 2k roster as a base. I want all the latest shoe brand updates and the ability to choose any shoe from that brand for the player i.e. Russell Westbrook being able to wear any pair of Jordans. I would also like Michael Beasley and J.R. Smith shoe brand switched to generic so I can choose any shoe brand for them to wear because they both alternate between Nike and Jordan. I have a few more requests and Im willing to pay a nice amount to your pay pal account for a roster the way I want it. I want to be able to chooss the team colors, team accesory color and sock for every team and all their jerseys. I know this is alot to ask but Im willing to pay as much as needed for the perfect roster. I'm not trying to be a douche either but I really want only the respected roster makers to apply. If you know how to hex edit then maybe but I would want to see an example of your work.

The newest roster can't be put in the editor anythoughs though but rosters lie sim world are already hexed
