I just finished regular season and its now playoff time. However, my friends and I are unable to play any of the playoff games. Any idea as to why? We can see playoff bracket and everything but can't access any games

OA Playoffs are broken, we had 10 OA's where we played the reg seasons and then couldn't do the playoffs. 2k refuses to address the problem
