So what is the best runner to use ? or doesnt even make a difference, because im a 5'9 pass first PG and want to use a floater as my main way to socre,i alread have the stats to make them just wanted your guys opinion, thanks in advance
In my experience, the runner almost always misses for the user, but the computer can score at will with it. I've even gone out of my way to shoot wide open floaters on the break to test this, and I usually miss. This is with guys like D. Rose and Tony Parker who should be nailing that.

Really ? i have been doing it in shootaround with my PG and i make them. Maybe your not making them because your not doing the right release ? Runners have release patterns just like jumpshots but wont show up on shot feedback for some reason.

I suppose that would make sense. To answer your question though, I really like CP3 and Tony Parker's floaters. Nice and quick, as opposed to like Steve Nash or any where they drift before they shoot it.

I agree with the other guy. CP3's and Tony Parker's runners are so smooth. I've never seen them miss irl or in 2k. I read somewhere on here that the floater tendency rating has something to do with success in mycareer I don't remember which thread I read that in though sorry.
Was wondering if there's a shot release for Parker, because I have been derping around in practice mode trying all kinds of releases for Tony Parker's floater, and cannot get any consistency. Missed 4 wide open ones in a game, and I don't care how bad the release is, two of those are going in irl, no doubt.

Hmmm maybe your problem is that you dont have your shot close upgraded a good amount ? Also could be shoot in traffic. Im a 5'9 pg and i make mine although i dont use tony parker's runner, ill try his out and get back too you
