I'm going to control all 30 teams but I want the computer to come up with trades itself as well. Is there any way to make the settings so all trades the CPU comes up with have to be approved by me first before they're accepted? Hopefully this makes sense.

I doubt it...I've never user controller all 30 teams. But I've done 2 or 3 and the game has never produced trades on its on for MY teams. So I'd imagine it'd be the same way with all 30. Not 100% thoughComment
