Just out of curiosity, Has anybody every had a player get injured while you were playing a game because I have never seen a player get injured while playing a game. I have seen it happen numerous times while simulating but never in game action.

One time I think Kobe got injured in one of my team games. But he didn't leave the game is overall rating went down like 3 or 4 points though.

Yup, my PF went down with a severely sprained ankle, my C went down with back spasms and my SG went down a broken wrist. My PF and SG were out for the rest of the game and beyond, my C was able to stay in with -13 ratings drop he was ineffective so I benched him for the duration.

Definitely, out of 200+ games I've played and the injury frequency turned up to 85 those are the only in-game injuries I've seen.

In my first season in MyPlayer, my guy came up limp after a rebound attempt or something and the announcers made a note that my player was "hobbling down the court." I never left the game but my rating went down and I was given the choice to sit out the next game. Other than that, I haven't seen it since.

Only in game injury's i've ever seen has been in 2k11, and 2k12.

2K11 was in MyPlayer, as i'm sure most were lol. And once playing my friend in an association in 2k12 when Dirk was going up for a 3, got knocked down and had a back injury.

I had Terrance Ross suffer a torn Achilles went out 6 months so he had missed the rest of the playoffs kinda sucked I didn't have a good backup for him at the time.

I seen players getting rebounds then they land akwardly and are out for a week or two with ankle issues

It's crazy i wish i could have recorded it but i was using the Lakers back in 01 vs the current Bulls and Rose drived inside went into shaq fell down and torn his acl then next game i use shaq again he sets up a screen and he injured conley idk it's weird

Nope its really weird, i remember in 2k11 they were rare but actually happened but i have yet to see one in-game.

Out of all the countless games I have played online/offline and my career, I have only seen one injury .

I have video proof of like 2 injuries. If I can find those clips I will show them.
