Everytime there's a play that requires me to set a pick, as soon as I go set the pick the play breaks up, I run up to the T symbol and set the pick, what can I be doing wrong?

Actually, I just figured it out. You have to press B to set a pick before you walk into the diagram line, so you walk into the diagram while already setting a pick.
