Plays keep collapsing?

Whenever i call a play, it collapses 85% of the time. this is online btw. any ideas?

Online, switching from man to zone/zone to man defense automatically breaks whatever play the offense is trying to run. Your opponents are no doubt aware of it, and doing it on purpose.

Another reason why my online record is 0-0, and will stay that way.

THIS NEEDS TO BE BROUGHT TO ATTENTION!!!

I can't run plays because users ALWAYS do this online. And running a HORNS play is the most effective way to break the 1-3-1, BUT i can't run it because of this overlook.

The terrible spacing probably has something to do with it.

Yeah they need to fix that hopefully in 2K14. I don't know why the plays have to be scripted to work against man only. I put this in the wishlist last year but they need a delay when you go from man to zone. The PG/captain or coach should call out something or motion to the other team to go from man to zone then the outcome should happen about 2 seconds or so later. Think of it as an audible in football which requires a formation shift. It should take time for players to get in position. Also switching from zone to man should cause some players to be out of position. They have to give it a risk/reward to doing cheesy tactics. In order to preserve some realism some immediate control needs to be a taken away IMO.
