MyTeam players will be unlocked, some of them already are (George Hill, Sullinger, Rasheed Wallace, Zaza Pachulia for example), Kobe and Rose were game-locked a few hours ago.

LD2K said there will be no attribute updates in this roster, they won't change them until NBA 2K14. So practically all they're doing is unlock injured players.
