All my players have -1 in association?

I did a TANKFORWIGGINS association, traded away everyone for 2014 1st round picks. I got everyone I wanted from the draft, but all my players have -1 to their ratings while the rest of the league has no rating change or just an increase.

Why is this? We are rated 30th since the rookies need to grow. Is that the reason? Is there anyway to fix this?

I have all their roles set correctly and appropriate minutes allocated.

Its a result of low team chemistry due to tanking and blowing up the team. Winning and resisting trades are the only way to fix this.

Edit: I had a lot, a ton, a bunch of excessive words taken off.
