Calling all online league players/which system will you be getting?

Just like the title states which next gen console will you be buying. Da czar hit me up today asking what system I'm buying and it got me thinking about it. I want to be in, commish, or help commish a league this year, but I want to get the system that the majority of my friends get as well as the best 2k gamers here on OS! I will keep track of each and add your gamer tag or OS name to the OP.

Please only reply to this thread if you have been in a league before or if you are seriously planning on being in a online league for this next gen. Also, feel free to elaborate why you are picking 1 over another.

For me this is the way I will decide which system to get 1st. I will be getting both systems eventually, but I will say I'm leaning towards xbox1 as I prefer the controller and online. Plus I know a few friends who are already committed to it...

People need to know , Microsoft has already announced the Kinect is not mandatory anymore. They'll ship it with X1 but it doesn't need to be plugged in. Do some looking around the internet , plenty of articles.

I'm leaning towards the Xbox because I'm so used to the controller after all these years but if its true about the PS4 releasing at the end of October then I HAVE to get the PS4 lol

It really depends on which one releases first and how much earlier it releases than the other for me right now.

Ya I'm with ya, if systems are like 2 weeks away from each other I can wait but a month early for ps4 might lean me that direction as well! :-)

I like the controller as well as I have more PS friends. I have an Xbox 360 too but it just collects dust unless my twins play it.

PS4 for me I will prob eventually get both esp if xbone does not require the all seeing eye. Keeping my eye on this thread though!

PS4 because of friends, money, games etc. Had a 360, but it had alot of problems. My PS3 just had it's first issue 6 and a half years later I just had to replace my laser($20).

I had a xbox360 but I'll be getting a PS4. Cheaper, with better components and more gaming oriented imo. I'll prob get it at some point during 2014. I'll definately want to get in some leagues if they work.

Microsoft apparently has a "big announcement " this week at gamescom. If this happens to be a xbone without kinect I will get it. As for now I am going PS4

Its cheaper and I don't like how microsoft came out the gates. Plus I am old and that xbox camera creeps me ot.

Leaning PS4 here.... something about that 2k trailer stating PS4 gameplay is making me think that 2k chose that system over the other.

In my eyes that was huge... initial trailer and it says PS4 all over it. Call me crazy but I feel they may have done that for a reason... maybe graphical power?
