2k13 online server broken?

is it.my internet or server? my internet speed test is doing perfect 28mbps, how come it lags to. disconnect online?

i rem seeing something last night on home ps3 screen that they are doing maitenance of some kind from 12 to 630.cnt rem the time zone

that's today PST 12:00 to 6:30pm which is 300pm - 930pm EST. So it does not seems like the reason.It was lagging horribbly - ps3 even crashed once. but my ps3 internet test is perfect 28mbps. that can eliminate internet issue. Then I thought the disc but I played offline and it was perfect too. I was thinking whether my ps3 has problem when it gets connected to gameplay online. Use ps3 to watch youtube and it was fine too... dunno really

Servers can go up and down. Just wait a few hours and it will be up again.

I do hope so. It was weird as I could watch utube without any problems. Just when I played online, it started all sorts of lagging. Then this morning I tested it, it was a lot better but I am still concerning whether it will continue.
