GTA is boring to me after you beat the game. so hopefully online will ressurect my interest

Depends on what you'll get more replay value out of. I play 2K year round, so if I had to choose between the two it's a no-brainer. But I have both lol. Online play tonight for both games! Add me.

People are gonna say I'm crazy, but I got GTA on release day, and after playing for about 25 hours and 40% through, I'm bored of it.

I probably should have known as the same thing happened when I got GTA IV.

IDK, there's just something about these open-world games that bores me if the main storyline isn't really compelling, but that's just me. RDR is the only game from Rockstar that's really hooked me since San Andreas.

So I'd go NBA, because I never get bored of it.

Also, in case anyone's interested, currently selling my copy of GTA on half.com for $55 lol.

Comparing the two is silly tho..either you feel like a sports game or an open world game. Then pick. ..to compare the two is pointless

First of all, everyone who is saying 2k13.5 has never played it. The ones who played it say its improved quite a bit. Second of all, you're really so hard off that you can't afford two games that you want, with the amount of sales these days? Unless you're a kid, then I'd understand.

Thanks for everyones opions, but I think GTA V is gonna be worth the $60 and just wait till 2K14 NG.

Once the NBA seasons starts and you see the pre season ball that NBA 2k itch will start to happen , always does .
