Enter it in all capital letter with the dashes that's how it worked for me

Im on PS3, but that worked for me. You have to put it in just like it is on your ticket or it wont work.

Just got it to work going into the game and entering the code. I used all lower case letters and the dashes.

You have to do it in the codes menu in game. Got an email with it and I was told to go on the marketplace and enter it. That wont work u have to do it ingame

I Pre ordered it from Best Buy it said enter EXACTLY how it appears so do that and it works
