MyPlayer won't dunk on alley-oops

I made a 6-9 shooting guard (scoring). My friend who made the exact same type of player can dunk oops all the time but mine cant. We both have our attributes up (dunk, vertical, hands, etc.) I'm talking primarily in blacktop games

Open your respective player cards. Toggle over to 'Tendencies'. Examine 'attempt alley-oop' tendencies. Compare. I find it annoying the 2K does not allow users to adjust tendencies for their MyPlayer.

Yea my 7' center with 92 dunk rating can't dunk alley-oops either😔

Have you bought dunk packages and then added them to your player ?

I have a PF maxed out in all dunk/hands/related categories... he will NOT dunk alley oops, he only lays them up. What must I do to get him to dunk alley oops when he catches them like a big man is supposed to...

My PG can't even throw proper alley oop passes anymore -_-. I always made oop passes from the 3pt line but now in 2K14 especially in blacktop, I have to get close to the basket to alley oop it.

had the same problem with my center...he used to dunk alley oops and then all of the sudden didnt anymore! its because of simmed games in mycareer...all you need to do is equip posterizer and finisher and play around 5-7 STRAIGHT mycareer games, DO NOT SIMULATE! if you already have highlight film then equip it too! my center is now dunking alley oops and does ALOT more dunks overall

Just start your my career and go for dunks it's a tendency issue if u haven't played my career and jumped str8 to blacktop you won't dunk on people or alley oops

havent played a single game with my sg but he dunks on everybody and dunks oops...same with my center jumped straight to crews and he was dunking oops...if ur mp has a high dunk and alley oop tendency from the beginning its all gd but if he doesnt u need to play mc

my first player was a 6'7 All Around SF, couldn't dunk alley oops. made a 6'6 athletic SG, would only dunk oops in offline blacktop. finally on my 3rd try I made a 6'8 athletic SF ad now I can dunk oops.

I know it's probably some kind of tendency issue but I have no idea how to fix it, I probably wasted 100k vc just trying to get my first 2 guys to dunk.

Same problem.

I'm fine with toning down dunks from last year and making things less arcade-y, but it's just ridiculous when my 6'10'' PF is only capable of doing layups in the post and refuses to dunk at all even with upped (sometimes maxed) stats.

It is most definitely a 'tendency' issue. Create-a-player, max out his dunk and jump ratings, minimize his 'likely to perform an alley-up' and 'dunk' tendencies. Hence why users aren't afforded the opportunity to adjust tendencies of their MPs--VC.

My player won't do any other dunk but the same 2 hand dunk on fastbreak
