How does Team Chemistry work In Association NBA 2k14

I've noticed that Team Chemistry only ranges from 10-1 percent.. Instead of the 100% to the lower percentiles.

So would this be a glitch? or How does team chemistry work this year?

It's a glitch....10% is 100%. So if u see 2% they really have 20%.

+1, no point in having it on, hasnt been touched since implemented.

not entirely. you can receive 30 points in offseason development. so if the answer above is correct then 7% should give you the points

I was wondering this as well. I htought it was odd when I started my Association that all teams were in the single digits for team chemistry. To bad 2k didnt give us a patch to fix this but I guess its not that big of a problem really.
